Neo Patient number in Smartflow - Not the Consulat Number

Currently the API between Neo and Smartflow, transfers the consultation number of a patient to Smartflow as the Patient File Number. A consult number is not the unique identifier for a patient in Neo because the patient can have multiple consultations in Neo with each consultation having its own number.

The Unique identifier for a patient in Neo is the Patient Number and thus it makes sense that the Patient Number in Neo be what is transferred via the API when a patient is setup in Smartflow.

The current method allows for someone to mistakely send the patient from Neo to Smartflow and for multiple entries on the Whiteboard (multiple patient records) to be created for the same patient.
