There are some cases when we dilute medication for smaller patients, or CRIs are made up at different strengths. It would be really handy to have the option to alter the concentration of the medication for certain drugs. for example, in Australia there are a lot of different concentrations of oral paracetamol, and we can't always order the same one. Some changes are small enough that adding them as separate drugs is frustrating (48mg/ml vs 50mg/ml for example). It would be amazing to be able to manually alter it on the sheet, rather than adding them as different products. Additionally, some things like CRIs can be made up a vastly different concentrations and a lot of vets have their own preferences. At the moment, we write the details in the notes. For things like fentanyl I've added the two most common strengths it is made up to, but for things like insulin, glucose, metoclopramide etc where it is highly variable, it would be awesome to have the ability to record the concentration of the solution.
