Add Drug Library/Notes attached to Medications

When a drug is added to the chart, it would be nice when you click or hover over it, it will mention whatever safeguards you want implemented. Ex. Must be diluted
Ex. Give slowly over 20 min

    This can be accomplished by having templates or mini-templates in place with the information saved. Although I do believe you are speaking to having the medication when added already have the information without saving to a template. At this time the way to do it - is available. The extension of this on a management level during initial setup of parameters we can explore.
