Staff Role and Priority tags for interventions

For busy clinics sometimes there is time to do the critical stuff but (on the whiteboard) it is hidden behind "feed" and "refill water" etc which could be done a couple of hours later or by a kennel assistant. Would be nice to be able to tag each treatment with "Nurse", "Kennel Assistant" or "Vet" and also "Nurse-Urgent" so we could then filter out the stuff which was relevant to us.
