Using the traffic light system to indicate urgency of triage from top to bottom on workflow view. Red = level 1 immediate action, orange = level 2 emergency, yellow = level 3 urgent, green = level 4 stable patient.

Currently you can assign colours to the triages however green automatically rearranges to the top of the triage board above red/orange and yellow. which is frustrating as it is the lowest priority.

Possible solutions - allow manual rearrangement of colours or move green to the bottom of the auto colour arrangement.
