Make user activation email mobile friendly

Many clinic staff use their phones for email. If they try to accept the invitation to SmartFlow that they get when they are made active in the account, the password and passcode creation emails are not mobile friendly, so they need to then log in to the computer. If they could at least set passwords and passcodes, those users who mainly use iPads could create these PW easier and faster.
