Editing times

We would like to be able to edit the procedure/anesthetic times, as well as the pre-med/induction times. Currently for pre-op meds, it only enters the time you checked it off. Often you cannot check it off immediately so the time is inaccurate. There should be an option for entering the exact time the pre-med or other pre-op drugs were given.

Sometimes we forget to stop the anesthesia time or start or stop a specific procedure time. We should be able to edit this timing as well.
