Changing names of the anesthesia reports

When transferring anesthesia reports from Smartflow to Animana, both reports are given the same name. It would be helpful if these names could be configured to differ by default. This would make it clear in Animana which report is which.

    Hello - I'm going to mark this as we won't do, but that is because this issue is on the Animana side and they have this is an issue they are aware of.
