Automated note initials when using iPad security

When using iPad security, could the name or initials of the person signed in get added automatically to any tech notes added? Often people forget to add their initials to a note they enter, and it would be great if the name of the person was automatically displayed. This would eliminate having to contact support to find out who added a note.
