Archived PDFs need time visible throughout (and grid marks again)

The archived PDF that we download into our medical record is very difficult to read after the update. There are NO grid-marks and the time is only at the top of the sheet (not even the bottom anymore) - time should be able to be referenced throughout the sheet.
