Dislike new update May 2026

Hi I have a problem with the newest update. I thoroughly dislike the "add a note" box replacing the ability to type your own description for example of a patient's respiration effort. When adding a note you cannot see it unless you click into the box itself. This is extremely unhelpful.

    I have created a dropdown item that is a # and you can type in a note. Alternatively, you can switch from dropdown list to Initials but you have to type the parameter each time. Hopefully, they switch this back!

    I have just been alerted to this by our team. Is there a fix or workaround for this to allow typing your own description.
