Change Magnesium Sulfate CRI from mg/kg/hr to mEq/kg/DAY

The only option for magnesium sulfate CRI is mg/kg/hr. MgSO4 is dosed mEq/kg/day, so having it as mg/kg/hr is confusing and dangerous (patient can get massively overdosed).
