Incorrectly ordered meds that are billable should not look like they are successfully added to Billing PDF or ezyVet

Basically, if people order a billable medication using non-matching units for the concentration and the dosage, they get a pop-up warning that this could affect charge capture. If they ignore the warning, when someone gives the med, it shows with a green triangle, even though it shows on the billing PDF with a quantity of zero, and results in no charge in ezyVet. The triangle should be RED to show that the billing didn't happen. +/- ezyVet should send an EMR error message to the flowsheet in SmartFlow.
