An easier way to update the triage level

It would be helpful to have an Edit button that allows users to rearrange patients by dragging and dropping them according to their updated triage level and current clinical condition. The numbering would then update automatically based on the new order, rather than requiring users to manually assign a number to each patient in the designated field under the Edit tab ('Custom').
