PDF containly summary of all information to send to other clinics

We had a clinic asking for:

We would like a PDF document that could be sent to rDVMs that look professional, contain relevant items and accurately reflect what a patient received. I would prefer 1 submission to them.

Favorite PDF is the Notes Report. Font and style look great. However, the days are in order but the Dates and times are backward. It contains everything including medications, and does not duplicate entries when changes are made. If the developers could simply adjust the flow so that both Days and Times are in chronological order this would be awesome!. Then we could simply send 1 sheet to rDVMs.
