Separate Note Sections for Doctors and Technicians Merged

We have got such a Feature Request from the Conejo Valley Vet clinic:

"I was wondering if at any point you guys would be willing to separate the notes written by doctors and technicians into the the area they pertain to. This would help us out so so much
