AM/PM time suggestion

Hi all,

North Nowra Veterinary Hospital have noticed that although they have selected the AM/PM time notation in their settings that when they add a treatment to the patients flowsheet that the "Start at (o'clock)" option still displays in 24 hour time as you can see here:

Can we update this so that if the AM/PM time setting is selected that these times also appear in the AM/PM notation?

    I second this option!  I am in Oregon, USA and have never been exposed to the 24 hours time clock format.  The option of the 12 hours clock format would be hugely helpful and reduce potential mistakes.
