Recently we have got such a suggestion from the AVC Manchester Clinic:

"To maintain customer satisfaction, and help you gain new customers, I would encourage you guys to reconsider your pricing structure. Limiting logins seems very old school and creates unnecessary headaches as workstations will often not be logged out "correctly."
Some Practice Management solutions still operate the way you do and when I was looking at options that was an automatic disqualifier.
*eVetpractice was one of those that made it past this hurdle and ultimately got our business.
Maybe ask Eddie how it's working for him?
