Disable 'right-click' functionality on phone devices

Southern Colorado Veterinary Internal Medicine find that it is a bit problem to have the right-click functionality- as they cannot use their phone to communicate with the nurses when out of the building on Smart Flow. They also cannot see photos due to the right click functionality, and often staff routinely takes photos of lab results and other things
