Multiple iPad logins Merged

I have received a feature request from Animal Emergency Medical Center today, and they would like to vary the permissions for iPads. Technicians are the main users of iPads right now, so they have disabled Edit Mode on the web for iPads. However, they then discovered it does this for all iPad access. Therefore, in order to restrict Technicians from using edit mode, they must also restrict DVMs from using edit mode.

They would like that feature altered when possible, so they can have multiple accounts for their iPads, allowing for different permissions for DVMs and Technicians each using separate iPad login details.
