Alert message when exceeded 14 days of flowsheets

I have received a request from Nathan Basha at Animal Ark Vets. He would like to see an alert message when exceeding 14 days of flowsheets, as the staff are struggling to remember that 14 days is the maximum number of flowsheets before potentially affecting the system performance.

If they can use Smart Flow with >14 days of flowsheets, this will adequately resolve the issue as well.

As a facility that does boarding, Central Maui finds it very challenging to discharge patients every 14 days and re-admit them to Smart Flow. Support patients with many more than 14 days of flowsheets, please.
