Revert the change to medication concentrations.

Ability to edit medication concentration not only from parameter settings.

    I agree with reverting back, or at least giving clinics the option to choose which way they like it.

    A number of clients would like the new feature release for 'medication concentrations', reverted back to being able to edit medications from the web or ipad patient flowsheet. These valued clients will be assigned to this feature request.
