A way to prevent a treatment from going to billing Merged

Hi, We have a patient boarding and will be with us for 10 days (as an example).
It would be great to have a way to prevent a treatment (which is a TID treatrment for 10 days) from going to billing rather than slightly the selector for billing each time the treatment is performed
