Being able to have admit at time of arrival but then start all templates at a particular time e.g. 9am Merged

I would like to recommended a feature for the 1st template to start at time of arrival then the following templates start at a dedicated time (e.g. for us this would be 9am as that is when we open). I think we fixed it to start at 9am as we were having difficulties the following day with patients templates not starting at the correct time and continuing at the time they arrived.
