Fluid line automatically d/c and re-enters new fluid when an additive is added

If you have had a patient on fluids for some time, and decide you want to add an additive, you could add the additive, and SF would automatically discontinue the plain fluid line, then start the new fluid + additive line for you. Saves time and ensures the flow sheet reflects when the additive was added.

    Hi,

    If the hospital prefers to create a new fluid line, they should discontinue and create new fluid line manually.

    How would this work if the patient was on multiple fluid lines?
