Removing deactivated ezyvet parameters from Smart Flow

When a linked ezyvet/Smart Flow parameters are disabled in ezyvet, the ezyvet parameter disappears from Smart Flow, but the Smart Flow parameter remains. This clutters up the parameter page when people are searching for the correct drug on a flow sheet. This issue is important with clinics that create new parameters from ezyvet for the same drug to denote a new controlled drug number. It would be great if when an item was disabled in ezyvet, the entire parameter in Smart Flow was then deleted.


This also leads to medications being used on the flowsheets that aren't mapped to ezyVet items, so charges get missed.
