Customize vitals on pre-operative page of anesthetic sheet

I'd like to be able to remove or at least reorganize the items on the Pre-op page for vitals. We do not take a blood pressure or pulse ox measurement on our patients before induction, so we have to manually skip these items every time we start a patient's anesthetic. This causes inefficiency.
