Phone number from the forms to show up on whiteboard Merged

The problem with the phone number in the forms (we ask for best contact number for the day)- is that  the nurses are standing there with the client and asking for their best contact number for the day. This is put into the consent form. Ideally there should be a field in the Patient Info section on the whiteboard that allows selection of this phone number. Currently there is only Client tel/alt Tel.  My point is that this just makes more work. The girls have to write down the phone number on the consent form – and then go to Vetlink and update/check the phone number. You can probably imagine that every client ( from years of coming in) has multiple phone numbers on their Vetlink record. It is impractical during the admission process to have to make all these changes. It would seem logical that Smartflow should be able to drag information from within  its own  consent form to the whiteboard.

    Could you please describe us your main pain point?

    Do you want to have an ability to enter several phone numbers to the Patient Info card? Would you want to make Patient Info card customizable, so that you could create any fields you would like to see?

    Do you want phone numbers to be automatically synchronized with Vetlink?

    Or is the main point is that you want to synchronize telephone numbers entered in the consent form with the Patient Info card? 

    Currently, "Home phone" and "Work phone" form properties are synchronizable with the Patient Info card. And once "Home phone" and "Work phone" form properties are filled out and saved in the consent form - you will notice "Tel." and "Alt. tel" fields filled out automatically in the Patient Info card. You could check a couple of screenshots below.

    This is exactly it. When we enter phone numbers into those fields ( Home / Mobile or Best contact number) on the consent form ( as you have done in your example) they do no synchronize with the patient info card and subsequently do not appear on the whiteboard. Any numbers that appear on the whiteboard have come from Vetlink
