Gather specific information from a form field

I am wondering if it is possible to pull information from a specific form (e.g. our “New Client Registration Forms”).

Specifically if they choose yes in a particular field. For example if they chose the option to join our mailing list I would like to run a list of the clients who tick YES as we then use their specific data for our mailing lists, spreadsheets, etc.
