Additional Fields for Patient info area

Would it be possible to have some "Wildcard" empty spaces that could be customized based on hospital needs in the Patient info area? For example, we would like to be able to identify Faculty, Clinician and Student in that area, other hospitals may like to use the space for something else.  Gives more flexibility by allowing each hospital to tailor the information a little more.
