Change ALS, BLS, DNR to something different

We are not sure yet but we think we want it to be CPR, SD (Specified Directives), and DNR. ALS can be misconstrued on a record post CPR as something other than CPR. Our Criticalist defines ALS as certain life-saving techniques that she will not do in most cases. She is worried if we mark it in the record and don't do it we could be liable.
