Diet improvements - kcal per 100g, add new diets, edit existing diets Merged

We would like to be able to:

- Add new diets. We use a large number of diets (Hills, Royal Canin, others) in the hospital which aren't listed already.

- Edit existing diets. We would like to be able to edit the name and nutritional content of the existing diets to ensure it matches what our information

- Show the nutritional content in kcal per 100 grams. Grams is the standard unit in the UK, rather than cups, so this is how we receive this information from the diet manufacturers. Without this we can't use the diet function as there is no way to convert cups to grams with the various kibble sizes of different dry foods and wet foods.
