We would like Smart Flow to send "route" with the Treatment event to EzyVet

When meds are ordered and given on SmartFlow, the route of administration does not populate in EzyVet. We would really like this to transfer over to EzyVet when we give meds in hospital. 

Please see a couple of screenshots below. On the first one, notice that there is nothing in the "instructions" column. On the second picture, we have gone to EzyVet after administering the medications and put the route of administration in there. Another description that would be nice is, location of the administration(right shoulder, left thigh) but, we can start with route:)

Is this possible? Any tricks to making this work?

    I think this is a great idea! Along with the routes I wish there was some place to document the frequency instead of just highlighting. Sometimes the highlighting will be incorrectly adjusted by a staff member then we play detectives trying to figure out if that was an intentional change or done by accident. We are currently using the routes cell as a frequency cell. We will put PO BID or SQ SID AM for instance.

    We do send the information that is entered into the cell to the EMR, so if you enter the location of administration in the cell, some EMRs will populate that information for you.

    For the hospitals that I have worked with who have an EMR that populates the cell contents to the item, they will record something like "LH SQ CW" (location, route, initials), but I agree sending the route would be sensible!
