Currently when we have a client bring in multiple patients we have to create a separate consent form for each patient to be signed. We've had instances where one client has brought in 4-5 patients and we are having to go through all the consent forms filling in duplicate information. It takes up a lot of time and would be quicker if there was a way to have each patients information show up on one form. Maybe if there was a form option to select multiple patients in SFS to show up on one form and then the form is simultaneously saved under each patient. It would overall just make our process quicker and easier to have something like this.
