Allow more than one parameter in Smart Flow to be mapped to a single EMR item

I'd like to charge for administration of a medication, and have "O Diphenhydramine" in my parameters list. I can map this to "Administer own medication" and the charge comes across to my EMR correctly.

However, if I have mutliple "O Medname" items, I cannot map them all to the same EMR item. I'd like to be able to do this!
