Diagnosis

Rather than having just a problem list,, It would be helpful to be able to provide more information by dividing into subsections e.g. Problem list (PUPD, Vomiting etc) Diagnosis (Renal Disease) Plan (Fluids for 48hr). This would be helpful for hospitals to give information of what is wrong with this individual patient rather than a disease process. Good for busy hospitals with large handover of staff
