Link Workflows (Tasks) to Others

I would love to be able to link one task to another, in essence creating subtasks.  An example of this would be a workflow item for "Manual Differential" linked to a "CBC" task.  That way, when the veterinarian adds a workflow for "CBC", the "Manual Differential" will also populate.
