Working offline mode - ongoing alert notice

In addition to the pop-up box, there should be an ongoing visual notice on the iPad screen to alert the user that they are working offline/the iPad isn’t connected to the internet. If you picked up the iPad after a colleague had clicked to work offline, you have no way to look at the iPad and see whether Smart Flow is working offline or online, which could be dangerous if you don't know your treatments are not being sync'd up to the whiteboard or other iPads

Either a no-wifi symbol could be displayed on the iPad or a ‘Working offline’ written notice could be displayed (similar to ‘Editing mode’).
