Avoid additions to the problem list being copied to every day (particularly previous days)

If your patient's condition changes during a stay (eg. develops diarrhea day 3 in hospital), that problem would only appear on day 3's list (currently it appears on days 1 and 2 as well). When the stay is extended (day 4), the list can be copied and modified PRN
