Remove the emergency drugs page from the Anaesthetic PDF Merged

Why? The medications (especially the concentrations available) are not all relevant for the UK and you only get the dose rates, not calculated for the weight of the patient, so this isn’t helpful. We understand that this may be a requirement for inclusion in the US regulations, but not in Europe/UK, so could it be an Anaesthetic setting to be included/not included?

We would use this feature if we could customise the drugs and dose rates and if Smart Flow calculated the dose to be given based on the dog’s weight from the anaesthetic sheet.
