Have evet appointment description trasnfer to be diplayed next to pet icon in workflow

We would like a way for the descipriton from evet like "wellness exam" or "broken tooth" to be displayed on the worklflow next to the patient icon so that while it is displayed in workflow mode we are able to glance at the screen and see why the patient is here.

We would like a way for evet to transfer this information without us having to manually go into smartflow and type this in
