Creating the option to edit or manually change the surgery time frame once it has been started and stopped Merged

There have been a few incidents where the person monitoring forgets to start or stop, so the time of surgery is then not accurate. Being a legal document, we feel there should be a way to edit this information prior to finalizing the anesthesia sheet.
