Queue multiple forms.

Since client registration can end up requiring multiple forms, it may be a good idea to create an option to queue several forms rather than passing an iPad back and forth between the client and a CSR.  I envision the back end looking like a drag and drop style list where you could say add a form for client registration, patient intake, and various releases.
