Add ability to discontinue treatments in the future

Currently, if you want to discontinue a treatment, you have to do it immediately.  There should be the ability to discontinue treatments starting at a future time/date.  For example, if I want IV fluids to be given for 4 more hours, then stopped, there should be an option for "discontinue at XXXX time on XXXX day".  It should also have the option for amount of doses given.  If I want a drug given only 2 or 3 times, rather than enter each dose in separately, I should be able to sign something up for "Give 1 tab by mouth every 12 hours.  Discontinue after XXX doses"

Post op patients in my hospital are often given to ICU with rough recovery drugs to be available for the icu to give until 4-5 hrs post recovery. Currently i have to initial the treatment, set the discontinue time then remove my initial. If i just add the drug with no time to give then ICU needs to be sure the drug is deleted before rounding to the overnight shift. If the Sx tech could have the rough recovery drug as a line and already set for a discontinue time it would save confusion/extra time.

As an added piece of information - this option should be available without having to initial off on the first cell to trigger.  Currently the discontinue option is not available until a cell is triggered on that day.

    Hi Smart Flow Team-

When signing a patient up for a medication/treatment option, there should be a separate drop-down menu (just like how often a treatment is given) that says "discontinue".  Then there should be an option of a specific amount of time (such as: in 1 hour, 2 hours, 24 hours etc...) or amount of treatments (after 1 treatment, 2, 3, etc...).  Thus, if i wanted a treatment like IV fluids to be given to a patient for only 8 hours.  I would select Flow rate LRS, choose my rates, and then select the discontinue dropdown and select 8 hours.
