The default colors are mostly pastel, without a lot of visual contrast. It would be great to be able to change them. We use colors to identify which patients have treatment orders in, or are ready to be discharged, etc. Since you already have a color picker built in, it seems like it would be extremely easy to add an option to save different default custom options on your account, so they show up every time you log in.

We use the color code to make sure every one chooses the same assigned color, but it doesn't always let you type in the color and it takes way too long to try to select it visually. Please make it so we can save custom colors!!! Better yet giving us the option to set a default colors per whiteboard or doctor would make check-in more efficient.

YES!!! We are using colors to communicate between front desk, treatment and doctors and would love to be able to save some custom colors!!! The default pastels are really hard to tell apart. When I asked about this I was told darker colors don't work well on ipads but we have not had any issues with this. Please fix this! It is my #1 pet peeve with SmartFlow.

We are now a 14 doctor practice, and still need to be able to save custom colors for our doctors. Still would like this to happen. It has only been 3 years since I requested this option.

I also have a similar request, to save colors for our patients. We have a color-coded system for status of patients while in hospital, and have the need to select other custom colors for some status changes. It would make our lives so much easier if we could just save/store our selected custom choices instead of having to go try to select the same ones each time for each patient.

I have also emailed to see if this was possible, but never received any follow up from Smart Flow support.

I mentioned have colors saved to a doctor upon check in would be amazing many months ago. They told me they do have this on their list on=f considering to do. This can be an important feature for the clinic to run smoothly. i wish they would realize that.

Working for a multi-specialty practice having different colors would be helpful.

More colors would be nice.

It would also be nice to be able to create a "legend" for these custom colors. Assigning different colors is a big deal for practices with multiple doctors.
