Patient ID listed above the "Patient File Number"

I would like to have the Patient ID listed above the "Patient File Number".
Also, I think the "Patient File Number" should be called "Case #"

The reason I would like these things to change is because when logging-out controlled drugs, the staff use the # that is listed in in SmartFlow on the iPads (see attachment). The Patient ID does not change which is why it is used when logging drugs in our controlled drug log books.
