Could we get a way to attach notes or pics to tasks? That way if we need more info on the task, it does not add a new obscure drop-down option in other fields. If we just put additional info in notes, we have to just hope the tech happens to check through all the random notes and looks for one that might be related to the task.
Can you please describe the workflow and how would you utilize this feature? (What departments would you use it in, what workflows this would help you with?)
