Ability to put notes by clicking on a Task Merged

We have received a feature request from Advanced Vetcare that they would like to be able to put notes by clicking on a Task. Here it is: "It would be great if a staff member could click on the task and put a note on it - ie Lateral Stifles. Similar to how you click and hold on a box on the flow sheets and free type notes on the box."
