Decimal Places Limited to 1 Decimal Place for Drugs Merged

Hi all
Can't seem to find any setting that allows us to limit decimal places to 1 decimal place injectable medications. Can't really draw up 16.64 cc of a drug for example, nor do we need to be that precise.
Am I missing this setting? If not can this be made into a setting option please?
