Add a specific section for blood tests and laboratory work

A section specifically for laboratory work, like there is for e.g. medications, would help clear up the often lengthy procedure section and prevent duplication of procedure lines on flow sheets.

    Our clinic is new to SmartFlow and I was surprised by the limited number of heading options. Really need one for 'diagnostics/labs' as suggested and one for 'billables' or 'admin' (e.g., phone owner, check bill, email photo to O, etc)
